Hair Salon gives the child a chair, a client and a tray of 20 tools. The hair is made of separate strands, so scissors shorten exactly the locks they touch, the curler curls only where it passes, and dye goes where the brush goes. There are 24 clients with a wish each, and a free mode with no wish at all.

About the game
The clients arrive as portraits in a salon cape, and all of their hair is drawn by the game on top. That is why it can be treated like hair. It gets wet under the shower and foamy under the shampoo, it flies sideways in front of the dryer, it falls in little snippets under the scissors, and a growing tonic brings it back when a cut went too far.
In the Clients mode each visitor wants four things, shown as four small pictures at the top of the screen: a length, a colour, a style and an accessory. A green tick appears on a picture as soon as that part is right. The child can stop at any time with the big green button and collects up to three stars for what has been matched.
Free Style is the same salon without the pictures at the top. Any client, any tool, as long as the child likes, with a photo booth at the end.
What is inside
Twenty-four clients, one wish each
The client list shows six portraits per page with a name and three stars under each. Mia, Zoe and Lin are open at the start. Every next client opens when the one before has at least one star, so the list is worked through in order: children first, then Mom and Granny, then story characters such as Mermaid, Fairy, Elf, Vampy, Luna and Queen.
A wish combines a length (short, medium or long), one hair colour, a style (straight, curly or crimped) and one kind of accessory, for example long pink curls with a bow. All four matched gives three stars and the message Perfect look, three matched gives two stars, one or two gives one star.
Six tabs of tools
The tray at the bottom has six round tabs: wash, cut, style, colour, magic and accessories. The child picks a tool and moves it over the hair with a finger; the tool works where it touches. Three buttons on the left start the hair again from the beginning, put a surprise hairstyle on the client and change the pattern of the cape.

Accessories and the shop
The sixth tab holds the accessories: bows, flowers and clips, tiaras and crowns, hats, animal ears and headbands, glasses, earrings, necklaces and small face stickers. Crowns, hats, headbands, glasses, earrings and necklaces jump to the right place on the head, one of each kind at a time. Bows, clips and stickers stay wherever the child drops them, and several can be worn at once.
Fourteen accessories are free. The other 74 cost between 10 and 120 coins and can be bought in the shop or straight from the tray. Coins come from finished clients, from the two mini games and from a daily bonus of 30.
Two mini games for coins
Match Pairs lays out 16 face-down cards with eight pairs of accessories. Two cards are turned per move; a pair stays open and pays 3 coins, and clearing the board adds 10 more.
Bubble Pop lasts 30 seconds. Soap bubbles float up with accessories inside, and every popped bubble is a coin. A golden bubble is worth five.
Free Style, the photo booth and My Photos
The title screen leads to everything: Clients, Free Style, the two mini games, the shop and My Photos. In Free Style every client is open and there is no wish, so it suits younger children and anyone who wants to try all the colours on one head.
The green button in the salon ends the session in the photo booth. The cape comes off, the client stands in front of one of ten backdrops, and the child chooses one of five frames. The camera button saves the picture, with the frame, into My Photos, which keeps the 18 newest pictures.
How to play
- Tap Clients and choose a portrait.
- Look at the four pictures at the top: length, colour, style, accessory.
- Pick a tab in the tray, then a tool, and move it over the hair.
- Open the last tab and drag an accessory onto the client.
- Watch for the green ticks, then press the big green button.
- In the photo booth choose a backdrop and a frame and tap the camera.
- Spend the coins in the shop, or earn more in Bubble Pop and Match Pairs.

For parents
The child styles one head at a time by moving tools over the hair with a finger. A client takes a few minutes and ends in the photo booth with stars, coins and four buttons, one of which goes back to the client list, so each client is a clear stopping point. There is no timer in the salon and no way to spoil a client: hair that was cut too short grows back with the tonic, and the blue button starts the hair again.
The wish is shown in pictures, so reading is not needed, but matching all four parts takes some care. Younger children tend to be happier in Free Style, where nothing is asked. The two mini games are short: Bubble Pop runs for 30 seconds and Match Pairs has 16 cards.
The game is fully offline, with no ads, no purchases, no account, no chat and no links out. It asks for no Android permissions and collects nothing. Accessories are bought with coins earned in the game. Photos are pictures of the styled character, saved inside the game; the phone's camera and gallery are not touched.
The interface has 20 languages and follows the device language; the globe on the title screen changes it. One button switches all sound, including the background tune, on and off.
Questions and answers
What age is Hair Salon for?
About 3 to 9. Free Style works for the youngest, since any tool does something visible at once. Matching a client's wish for three stars is more of a task for children of five and up.
Does it work offline?
Yes. The game needs no internet and asks for no permissions.
Are there ads or purchases?
No. The shop sells accessories for coins that are earned by styling clients, in the mini games and from the daily bonus.
Does my child need to read?
No. The wish is four pictures with ticks, tools and accessories are pictures, and the result is shown with stars.
What happens to the photos?
The camera button in the photo booth saves a picture of the styled client into My Photos inside the game. It keeps the 18 newest. Nothing is taken with the phone's camera and nothing leaves the device.
Is progress saved?
Yes, automatically, on the device: stars, coins, bought accessories and photos. A hairstyle that is not finished is not kept when the child leaves the salon.
Can a bad haircut be undone?
Yes. The growing tonic makes cut hair long again, and the blue button on the left starts the client's hair from the beginning.
Download and install
Open the downloaded file on your Android device. If prompted, allow installation from the browser or file manager, install the game, then switch that permission off again.
The game itself is available in 20 languages and picks yours automatically.
